How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. For oversized furniture items, delivery may take 2-3 weeks via our specialized white-glove carriers.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Jumbled ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options to more countries in the near future.
How can I track the status of my furniture delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For large freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
Are the colors on the website accurate to the real product?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
